The Rapid City Water Service Department has my consent to turn the water on at the curb box. By submitting payment, I hereby voluntarily assume all risk of loss, damage or injury to me or my property which may be sustained as a result of turning on the water at the curb box.
Accounts must be paid in full.
Service will not be restored until you call 605-394-4125 to request that the water be turned on. Requests can be made during regular business hours between 7:30AM and 5:00PM, Monday through Friday. Requests cannot be made on weekends or holidays.
