The following services are available: Utility Billing
*New Sign Ups
1. Click on the Sign In/Register Button (Top Right Corner).
2. Click on the Create an Account link at the bottom of the page to begin.
3. Once registered, click on Add Account. You will need to enter your account and customer numbers from your bill.
*Card and eCheck payments are subject to fees, including AutoPay. A 3%, non-refundable fee ($2.50 minimum) will be added to each credit and debit card transaction. A $1.95 fee will be added to each eCheck transaction. These fees are charged by the merchant and will appear as a separate item on your bank statement. Returned payments are subject to a $25.00 returned payment fee. All fees are non-refundable.
